1. Take a large and ripe pineapple. Remove the flesh and cut it into cubes.

2. Now fry the cabbage in vegetable oil, then add the pepper and fry a little longer.

3. Transfer the vegetables and pineapple cubes to a salad bowl, and in the same skillet, sauté the chicken pieces.

4. Let the chicken cool, then mix it with the pineapple and vegetables. Dress the salad with vinegar, add spices to taste and onions. Place it into the pineapple basket and serve!
