
Warm chicken salad
Description
Perfect for an everyday table. For this recipe, you'll need a ripe avocado. It should definitely be soft. You can use any kind of chicken—breast, drumsticks, or thighs. The dressing and sesame seeds, in which the chicken is fried, give this salad a special piquant flavor. To find out, garnish optionally and serve.

First, you need to prepare the marinade for the chicken. To do this, mix in a bowl one tablespoon of vegetable oil, liquid honey, soy sauce, and mustard. Mix thoroughly.

Wash the chicken breast and pat it dry with paper towels. Cut it into small pieces, leaving the skin on. Place the chicken into a bowl with the marinade and let it sit for half an hour.

Pour a tablespoon of vegetable oil into a frying pan and heat it on the stove. Fry the chicken breast over medium heat until golden brown. Then add the sesame seeds and continue frying for another minute, stirring constantly.

Wash the avocado and dry it with paper towels. Cut it in half, remove the pit, and peel off the skin. Then slice the fruit into thin slices.

Wash and dry the green salad leaves. Tear them into large pieces by hand and place in a bowl. Add the chicken and avocado on top of the salad. Prepare the dressing using the remaining oil from the pan, wine vinegar, salt, pepper, and grated garlic. Pour the dressing over the salad and serve.
