Salad
Description
While cooking the veal, I suggest adding onion and spices to taste, then continue cooking the meat for 1 hour. You can also let the veal cool in the broth to keep it more juicy. In addition to the meat, we'll add Chinese cabbage, hard-boiled eggs, cheese, and a bit of onion. This salad is very light, delicious, tender, and appetizing. Be sure to save this recipe!
