Classic salad
Description
Perfect for everyday meals. Daikon is very popular in Asian countries, but in our country it's not used as often, so this recipe seemed interesting and original to me, and I think it deserves attention. The salad can be served in individual portions or on a large platter. I use boiled beef left over from dinner. If you have raw beef, boil it until tender. Garnish as desired and serve.
