
Herb Salad with Spices
Description
Perfect for everyday dining. "Tabbouleh" salad is a dish with a long history. It originated in the Middle East over three thousand years ago. The dish has not changed much since then—there are, of course, various interpretations, but the cooking principle remains the same. The salad is made with bulgur and fresh herbs, dressed with olive oil and lemon juice. Today I'm sharing my recipe. Garnish as desired and serve.

Pour warm water over the bulgur and let it sit for 30 minutes.

Dice the cucumber finely.

Wash the tomatoes and chop them into cubes as well.

Remove the seeds from the chili pepper and finely chop it.

Wash the mint and basil and finely chop.

Finely chop the green onions as well.

Combine the bulgur, vegetables, and herbs.

Season with lemon or lime juice, add salt, drizzle with oil, and mix. The salad is ready!
