Beet and prune salad
Description
A simple dish to prepare. Here is an easy recipe for beet and prunes salad. Boil the meat and hard-boil the egg. Roast the beet in the oven and chop the nuts. The salad consists of layers—place all ingredients in layers, spreading each with mayonnaise. Sprinkle chopped walnuts on top. Serve chilled. Good luck!

Wash and dry the beetroot. Wrap it in foil and place it in a preheated oven at 200 degrees. Bake until tender. Boil the beef until fully cooked. Once cooled, cut the beetroot and beef into small pieces.

Rinse the prunes and chop them. Boil an egg hard, then finely chop it. Also finely chop the onion.

Place a layer of beets and prunes on the bottom of the salad bowl, then spread with mayonnaise. Next, add a layer of egg, onion, and beef, and top with mayonnaise. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used. The top layer should be nuts—sprinkle them over the salad.
