
Pea pod salad
Description
The recipe won't take much time. This colorful spring salad can be served both as a standalone dish and as an appetizer alongside meat, poultry, or fish. The salad turns out not only appetizing in appearance, but also very healthy and delicious. Serve it at the table.

Prepare the listed ingredients. Rinse the vegetables and herbs in water, shake off excess moisture, or dry them with paper towels.

Tear the salad leaves by hand into a bowl or deep container, halve the cherry tomatoes and add them as well.

Bring water to a boil in a kettle and place the pea pods in a bowl or salad bowl. Pour over the boiling water and let stand for 2-3 minutes. The pods will immediately become brighter and greener. The boiling water will soften their tough outer layer. Then drain the boiling water and trim the ends off the pods.

Remove the seeds from the bell pepper and peel the onion, then rinse both under water. Slice half of the onion and the pepper into half-rings. Add to the container with tomatoes and lettuce.

Add the steamed pea pods. You can slice them into pieces if desired.

Rinse a quarter of a dill bunch and chop it. Add to the other sliced ingredients.
