Description
Perfect for everyday meals. I'm not sure if the spinach and cherry tomato salad is actually Italian, but its colors strongly resemble the Italian tricolor :) And in terms of taste, this salad is quite similar to light summer Italian salads. When heavy, fatty dishes aren't appealing during hot summer days, this salad is an ideal option for a quick snack. Good luck! Garnish as desired and serve.

We will simply wash the lettuce leaves, dry them, and place them on a salad plate. There's no need to cut or tear them.

Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half.

Arrange the tomatoes on the spinach.

Dress the salad with a mixture of olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

Top with a little goat cheese - and it's ready. Enjoy your snack :)
