Spinach, mushroom, and orange salad
Description
Minimum effort — excellent result. Don't be afraid of the unusual combination of ingredients; this salad turns out amazing, light, and delicious! To make it even more attractive, you can replace the yellow pepper with red or orange. It won't affect the taste, but the salad will take on a whole new look. Give it a try—I'd love to see your photos. Can be served immediately.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare the ingredients according to the list, let's get started!

Step 2

Peel the onion and slice it into half-rings. Sauté in vegetable oil until soft. You can use either fresh or frozen mushrooms, sliced into pieces. Add the mushrooms to the onion and cook until fully done.

Step 3

Wash the spinach, dry it, tear off the leaves and chop them not too coarsely. Add the spinach one minute before the mushrooms are done, so it slightly wilts. Remove from heat and let cool.

Step 4

Peel the garlic, finely chop with a knife or press through a garlic press. Remove the peel from the orange, discard the white pith, and cut each segment into 3-4 pieces. Remove the seeds from the sweet pepper and cut it into pieces of similar size.

Step 5

Combine the cooled mushrooms and spinach with sweet pepper and oranges. Add soy sauce, garlic, black pepper, and sesame seeds. Reserve some sesame seeds for garnishing the salad. Mix well and let it sit for about 10 minutes to allow the flavors to blend. Add salt to taste; I didn't add any.

Step 6

Arrange the salad in portions, sprinkle with sesame seeds on top, and serve. Enjoy!
