Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare all the ingredients. Boil the chicken fillet in salted water beforehand, then let it cool in the broth—this will make the meat juicier. Hard-boil the eggs.
- 2
Step 2

Layer the salad. You can use a special cooking ring or a regular deep salad bowl. Place diced chicken breast as the first layer. Salt it and spread a layer of mayonnaise on top.
- 3
Step 3

Place diced onion on the chicken breast. Season with salt and pepper, and spread mayonnaise on top. To prevent the onion from becoming too sharp, you can scald it with boiling water beforehand.
- 4
Step 4

Next, add the grated egg yolks. Season with salt and also spread with mayonnaise.
- 5
Step 5

Rinse the prunes, pour boiling water over them, and let sit for 10 minutes. Then cut each into 4 pieces and place as the next layer. Spread with mayonnaise.
- 6
Step 6

Place chopped walnuts on the prunes. The walnuts can be lightly toasted beforehand in a dry skillet. Spread a layer of mayonnaise on top.
- 7
Step 7

Grate the egg whites on a fine grater, add salt, and place as the final layer. The "Snowy Night" salad is ready. Let it marinate for a while, then it can be served.

Step 8

I decorated the top with cheese stars.
