Salad Deadly Number
Description
A simple dish to prepare. Recipe for the "Deadly Number" salad: 1. Take a suitable salad bowl and lightly grease it with vegetable oil. Place marinated mushrooms tightly at the bottom, cap side down. 2. Evenly spread a layer of boiled grated carrots on top. Coat this layer with mayonnaise. 3. Next, add a layer of finely chopped marinated cucumbers, and also spread mayonnaise over it. 4. Then add a layer of boiled meat (pork, beef, or chicken), cut into small cubes, followed by another layer of mayonnaise. 5. After that, spread a layer of grated cheese and, of course, mayonnaise again. 6. Finally, press down firmly with a top layer of boiled potatoes, grated on a coarse grater. Place the salad in the refrigerator. The next day, carefully invert the salad onto a nice serving plate—and it's ready to serve. The "Deadly Number" salad is ready. P.S. I know this salad is also known by other names (such as "Mushroom Glade"), but in our family, we always call it "Deadly Number" salad. Serve chilled.
