Description

The recipe won't take much time. Surely many of you have seen the stunning "Lilac" salad—at least in photos, if not in person. In practice, preparing the "Lilac" salad is easy even for beginners—it doesn't require any complicated culinary tricks, everything is quite simple and straightforward. This salad will look great on a festive table for March 8th—believe us, women will be surprised and touched by the originality and elegance of this salad, and your efforts won't go unnoticed ;) Serve at the table.

    Rinse the shrimp and dry them.

    Slice the garlic cloves into pieces and season with ground hot pepper (optional).

    Place garlic and shrimp into heated oil and sauté for 4-5 minutes.

    Cook the rice until done. For a more attractive color, you can add saffron or turmeric to the water when cooking the rice.

    Slice the olives into thin rings.

    Mix rice, shrimp with garlic, olives, finely chopped green onions, and mayonnaise. Stir well and refrigerate the salad.

    Boil the eggs hard, separate the whites from the yolks. Grate the whites on a fine grater and divide in half. Leave one half of the grated whites white...

    ...and color the other one lilac. To do this, grate a small amount of beetroot on the finest grater and add half a teaspoon of beet juice to the egg whites at a time until the egg whites reach the desired shade.
