Jellied salad
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Even a classic salad like "Shuba" can be served in an original way, for example, by making it into a jelly dish. After setting, the salad holds its shape very well, so you don't need to worry about it looking unattractive on the table. Work quickly during preparation, as gelatin sets very fast in mayonnaise. If the mayonnaise happens to set while you're preparing, place it in a bowl of hot water. I recommend decorating this salad with boiled egg, fresh herbs, and grated carrots. Serve at the table.
