Salad
Description
An easy-to-prepare dish. The New Year's salad "Santa's Hat" is a great option for a festive table. In this recipe, all ingredients (except for the green peas) are the same as those used in a meat salad. Decorate the hat with grated boiled carrots and eggs, and shape it yourself (using a template). Serve chilled.

1. This salad is the well-known "meat salad" to all of us, but we will prepare it in an unusual way—shaped like Santa Claus's hat.

2. Cut the sausage into small cubes.

3. Grate the eggs on a grater and mix them with mayonnaise.

4. Slice all the remaining ingredients and grate the carrots.

5. Now take the dish in which we will prepare the salad. Create a shape using mayonnaise (draw a hat of the desired shape).

6. Mix all the ingredients and shape them into a hat. Decorate the top with grated carrots.
