Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare all the ingredients. Boil the carrots and two eggs in advance and let them cool. Thaw the chicken breast, rinse it, and dry with paper towels.
- 2
Step 2

Cut the chicken breast in half lengthwise, pour lemon juice over it, rub with salt and spices. Let it marinate for now.
- 3
Step 3

Beat three eggs with a pinch of salt.
- 4
Step 4

Fry the egg pancakes in a greased pan. Depending on the pan's diameter, you'll get 3 to 5 pancakes. Cut the cooked pancakes into strips and transfer them to a salad bowl.
- 5
Step 5

Place the chicken breast on a preheated pan with oil and cook over medium heat, covered, until done, turning once. At the end, you can add a little water to let it finish cooking in steam.
- 6
Step 6

Cut the chicken breast into small cubes and add to the sliced omelette. Add diced boiled carrots, finely shredded Chinese cabbage, and diced ham.
- 7
Step 7

Season the salad with salt and pepper. Add mayonnaise and mix well. On a flat plate, shape the mixture into the form of a champagne bottle.
- 8
Step 8

Sprinkle the bottom part of the bottle with finely chopped dill. Crumble the yolks and place them on the upper part (neck).

Step 9

The "Champagne" salad is ready. You can create a black border and a label using grated olives and serve the salad. Happy New Year!
