Pea and crouton salad
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Instead of dried turkey, you can use chicken or sausages. Cherry tomatoes will add juiciness and a pleasant sweet-and-sour note to the salad. Dress the salad with oil or yogurt; avoid mayonnaise as it will make the salad too heavy. Serve the salad for lunch or dinner.
