Description

A simple dish to prepare. If traditional green pea salads like Olivier have become boring to you, I recommend making the green pea salad according to my recipe. It uses slightly different ingredients and a somewhat different method, and in my opinion, turns out even more delicious. The green pea salad is quite light and fresh, thanks in no small part to the apple. Anyway, why am I telling you—better make it yourself and see! Serve chilled.

    Peel the onion and finely chop it, sprinkle with lemon juice, and let it sit for 15–20 minutes.

    Peel the apples and remove the cores, then cut into small cubes.

    Finely chop the boiled chicken breast and mix with the apples.

    Add canned peas (without liquid) to the salad.
