Salad with apple
Description
Minimum effort — excellent result. Apples go perfectly with salty fish. Another great example of this combination is a salad with apple and smoked salmon. Use hot-smoked salmon and choose sweet-sour apple varieties. Instead of freshly ground black pepper, you can add a mix of colored peppers—red, black, and green—for extra spice. Serve the salad in a bowl or shape it into "babbles" (as shown in the illustration). If desired, mayonnaise can be replaced with natural yogurt. Ready to serve immediately.
