Can be served immediately.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare the listed ingredients.
- 2
Step 2

Wash the lettuce leaves in water, dry with paper towels, and place on a plate.
- 3
Step 3

Place dried tomatoes on the salad. You can buy them at any supermarket, or you can prepare them at home during summer using fresh tomatoes.
- 4
Step 4

Cut the soft cheese—feta (feta), suluguni, mozzarella—into small pieces or slices, and place on the plate between the tomatoes.
- 5
Step 5

Season with salt to taste, but first taste the feta cheese to avoid over-salting the dish. Rinse the arugula, separating the bunch into individual stems, and place it on top of the dish. Season with pepper and drizzle with vegetable oil. Serve the salad immediately after preparation, while the greens are still fresh.
