Salad with grapes, cheese, and garlic
Description
A simple dish to prepare. The salad is very tasty. It's suitable both for a celebration and for a light dinner. It's easy to make. The only thing is, I don't recommend preparing the salad in advance. It's better to make it right before serving. Serve chilled.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Grate the hard cheese on a grater. I'm using Russian cheese, but you can use any kind.
- 2
Step 2

Transfer the cheese to a bowl. Add the chopped herbs. It's best to use plenty of different herbs.
- 3
Step 3

Cut the grapes in half. If the grapes have seeds, remove them.
- 4
Step 4

Wash the salad leaves. Dry with a paper towel. Tear into pieces by hand.
- 5
Step 5

Mix the cheese with herbs and mayonnaise. Stir. Press in the garlic through a garlic press and mix again. Spread the cheese mixture over the salad leaves. Top with halved grapes.
- 6
Step 6

Serve at once. It's best to serve immediately. Salad leaves are very fresh and do not tolerate long waiting. This salad is also unsuitable for storing in the refrigerator. Washed salad leaves quickly wilt and lose their appealing appearance.
