A simple dish to prepare. This delicious ham and shrimp salad can be served either layered in individual portions or mixed together in a common salad bowl. For those who prefer more interesting dressings than mayonnaise, olive oil with lemon juice and spices can be used. Serve chilled.

1. First, wash the potatoes and boil them in their skins until cooked. Meanwhile, you can prepare the other ingredients. Cut the ham into thin slices, then into strips or cubes. You can immediately place them into individual serving bowls.

2. Meanwhile, boil the shrimp in salted water, then cool and peel them. Cut the cooked potatoes, freed from their skins, into strips or cubes. Add a little salt if desired. You can also use fried potatoes cut into thin strips in this ham and shrimp salad recipe.

3. Wash the sweet pepper, dry it, and remove the seeds and stems. Cut into small pieces and add to the salad.
