
Ham and Camembert Salad

In a small cup or bowl, mix olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

Slice the onion into thin half-rings and marinate in the resulting mixture for about 5-10 minutes.

Melt the sugar with water, heat until a pleasant brown caramel is obtained.

Add the peeled nuts to the caramel, mix well, and remove from heat.

Place the nuts in caramel onto a plate lightly greased with oil. If you don't like caramel, you can simply fry the nuts.

Place thoroughly washed and dried greens and grapes on plates. If the grapes are large, they can be cut in half.

Pour half of the dressing, in which the onion was marinated, over the salad, then arrange thinly sliced ham and pieces of cheese on top. Add the onion and pour the remaining dressing over it.

Place the nuts in caramel and serve the salad with toasted pieces of delicious bread.
