Salad with boiled potatoes
Description
The salad is quick and easy to prepare. Make this boiled potato salad for lunch. It's very filling and nutritious. It works well as a standalone dish for those who aren't overly hungry—just enough to "quiet the little worm." Season the boiled potato salad with salt and pepper to taste. You can also add other spices you like. Some people add fresh herbs as well. However, I often use this salad as a side dish, so I try to keep the number of ingredients limited. The salad is ready to serve.

Also, put the eggs to boil. This will take about 10 minutes as well. The eggs should be hard-boiled. Finely chop the red onion and celery. Pour over with apple cider vinegar, add pepper, and mix well.
