Pumpkin and walnut salad
Description
Perfect for everyday meals. Pumpkin salads have always been a big hit in our family, so during pumpkin season we make such salads regularly. However, I don't like preparing the same dishes over and over, so one day I decided to experiment—using ingredients I had on hand, I created this very tasty little salad. If you love pumpkin, this salad will surely win you over. I'd be happy to read your feedback on the recipe, especially from those who've tried making it :) Good luck! Garnish as desired and serve.
