Tuna and egg salad
Description
Perfect for everyday meals. As a city dweller, I live in a typical urban routine, and during weekdays I simply don't have time to cook elaborate dishes. When I come home from work and don't need to cook for my husband, I usually have a light salad for dinner. And tuna and egg salad is one of my favorites. It's slightly more interesting and richer in flavor than plain vegetable salads, yet just as light and nutritious. Just 10 minutes of effort—and a very tasty dinner is ready (at least, I really enjoy it). I hope you'll like this simple tuna and egg salad recipe too. Good luck! ;) Garnish, if desired, and serve.
