Tuna and crackers salad
Description
Salty crackers are perfect for salads; the most important thing is to serve such a salad immediately after preparation, so the crackers don't have time to get soggy. I prepare this salad in individual portions for each guest, and I recommend you do the same. It's a fairly simple, light, and tasty salad, so definitely keep it in mind.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare the ingredients.
- 2
Step 2

We will layer the salad. Divide the cracker into three parts. Prepare a salad bowl. Place a third of the cracker as the first layer. Break the crackers into pieces.
- 3
Step 3

Spread with mayonnaise.
- 4
Step 4

Boil a chicken egg hard, peel it and grate finely on a fine grater; place it over the cracker — this will be the second layer of the salad. Lightly coat each layer with mayonnaise, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- 5
Step 5

Again, place a layer of crackers.
- 6
Step 6

Flake the tuna with a fork and place it on top of the crackers.
- 7
Step 7

Grate the hard cheese on a fine grater and sprinkle over the salad.
- 8
Step 8

Add the remaining cracker pieces to the salad, garnish to taste, and serve.

Step 9

Decorate as desired and serve.
