Tuna and Chinese cabbage salad
Description
Minimum effort — excellent result. For the dressing, we use mayonnaise, but you can use plain vegetable oil instead. I really like this salad version because thanks to the Chinese cabbage, the amount of salad turns out quite substantial, and the rich flavor of tuna gives it a distinctive taste. If you're on a diet, use light yogurt or a spoonful of oil with lemon juice for the dressing. Serve the salad for lunch or dinner. It can be served immediately.
