Salad with sauce

Description

Pesto sauce can be combined not only with salad but also with boiled spaghetti, boiled potatoes, green beans, potato dumplings, and used in preparing lasagna. Now we will use it for a salad.

   Wash the young spinach leaves, dry with a towel.

   Slice the pears into pieces.

   Lightly toast the walnut kernels in a dry hot skillet and cut into large pieces.

   Cut the blue cheese into pieces or grate into slices using a cheese grater.

   Mix spinach, pears, walnuts, and cheese in a salad bowl.

   Combine pesto, lemon juice, and water in a small bowl and whisk until smooth.

   Pour the dressing over the salad, mix, transfer to a serving bowl, and serve.
