Celery and tuna salad
Description
Minimum effort — excellent result. I use canned tuna specifically meant for salads. No need to bother with chopping the fish. Canned chickpeas can be substituted with boiled or canned green peas. Dress the salad with a mixture of vegetable oil, lemon juice, and salt. Serve immediately.
