Salad with mackerel and mushrooms
Description
Prepare a delicious and hearty salad with mackerel and fried mushrooms. I sautéed mushrooms—they complement the vegetables and canned fish in the salad. I also sautéed onions and carrots, which go perfectly with both the mushrooms and the fish. You'll also need hard cheese and hard-boiled eggs. The salad is layered and soaked with mayonnaise.
