Description

The recipe won't take much time. You can prepare the salad in advance and chill it in the refrigerator for about 20–30 minutes. During this time, it will fully absorb the flavor of the green onions and become more delicious. If desired, you can substitute the green onions with onions marinated in apple cider vinegar, and replace the mayonnaise with sour cream of any fat content. Keep in mind, however, that the shelf life of the dish will be shorter when dressed with sour cream. Serve.

    Prepare the listed ingredients. Boil the chicken eggs in advance for 15 minutes, then cool them in ice water.

    Rinse any type of rice in water and pour it into a cauldron or saucepan with a non-stick bottom. Pour in hot water, add salt, and boil for about 20 minutes. Then cover the container with a lid and place it in a cold place to cool for another 15 minutes. During cooling, the rice will absorb the remaining liquid.

    Place the mackerel in oil into a deep container and carefully mash it thoroughly with a fork.

    Boiled chicken eggs should be peeled and rinsed in water. Cut into small cubes and add the diced pieces to the fish mixture in a container.
