
Salad with fish roe

To prepare the salad with fish caviar, you can use any caviar, but black caviar is the best choice. By the way, you can also garnish the finished salad with a mix of red and black caviar. Peel the onion and slice it into half-rings. Wash the cucumber and herbs, then dry the herbs. Finely chop the herbs. Grate the cucumber on a coarse or medium grater.

In a saucepan, bring water to a boil, add salt, and add the shrimp. There is no need to thaw the shrimp beforehand. Bring to a boil and cook for about 3 minutes. Then drain in a colander and let the water drain off. Peel the shrimp, removing tails and shells.
