Radish Salad
Description
Look for radishes that are not watery but flavorful, just like cucumbers. You can leave the skin on or peel it off if it's bitter. However, with young vegetables, there's no need to peel anything. I always add cottage cheese or feta to this salad. In addition to the vegetables listed in the recipe, you can also add tomatoes, peppers, and onion.
