Buckwheat sprout salad
Description
Perfect for everyday meals. Buckwheat can be sprouted in various ways. In my opinion, the easiest method is to spread it in a flat dish in one or two layers, cover it lightly with water, and leave it for 24 hours. Sprout green buckwheat—it's easy and simple. It might develop an unpleasant odor; don't be surprised, you'll rinse it later. The main thing is to ensure it doesn't flower. Besides peaches, you can use other favorite summer fruits for the sprouted buckwheat salad. Decorate as desired and serve.

Step 1

For the salad, I recommend using green buckwheat and sprouting it. To sprout buckwheat, rinse it and soak it on a flat plate covered with gauze for 24 hours (or even 48 hours). As a result, sprouts will appear on the buckwheat. Before using, be sure to rinse the buckwheat thoroughly.

Then proceed directly to preparing the salad. Mix the yogurt with cocoa powder; this will be our dressing. Cut the peach into cubes.
