Salad with tomatoes, avocado, and shrimp
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Lately, I've been cooking more and more dishes with avocado, and this salad with tomatoes, avocado, and shrimp is one of them. The key feature of this salad is its dressing (I'd rather call it dressing, although I don't like this non-Russian word), which makes the salad truly outstanding (I've tried dressing the same salad with sour cream or mayonnaise—it's not the same, completely different). I hope you'll find this recipe useful. Good luck! :) Serve immediately.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare the ingredients.

Step 2

Let's start by preparing the dressing: add peeled avocados, shallot, serrano pepper, water, juice of one and a half lemons, olive oil, cilantro, salt, and pepper to the blender container. Blend until smooth.
- 3
Step 3

Bring to the desired consistency by adding boiled water. The dressing is ready, so let's move on to the salad itself.
- 4
Step 4

We thoroughly wash the lettuce leaves, tear them coarsely by hand, and place them in a salad bowl.
- 5
Step 5

Wash the tomatoes, cut them into wedges, and add to the salad.
- 6
Step 6

Peel the remaining 2 avocados, cut them into pieces roughly the same size as the tomatoes, and add to the salad.
- 7
Step 7

Pour the dressing, prepared in advance, over the salad.
- 8
Step 8

Mix.

Step 9

Just before serving, add the boiled shrimp, cooked until done, to each individual plate. :)
