Salad with quail eggs and tuna
Description
Minimum effort — excellent result. Let's prepare a salad with quail eggs and tuna at home. I recommend boiling the eggs beforehand until hard. After that, you'll only need to quickly "assemble" the salad. For the dressing, it's best to use olive oil, but if you don't have it on hand, you can use the oil from the tuna can. Good luck! You can serve it immediately.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Rinse the lettuce thoroughly and dry it. Then tear it by hand and place it at the bottom of the salad bowl.
- 2
Step 2

Wash the tomatoes and cut them into small slices. Place them on the salad.
- 3
Step 3

We peel the boiled quail eggs and cut them in half.
- 4
Step 4

Mash the tuna well with a fork. Place the halved eggs (reserve a few for salad garnish) on top of the tomatoes, then spread the canned tuna (without oil) over them.
- 5
Step 5

For the dressing, mix: lemon juice, olive oil, sesame, and black pepper. Season with salt to taste.

Step 6

Sprinkle the salad with chopped green onions, then drizzle with the dressing. Garnish with the remaining eggs.
