Salad with liver, bell peppers, tomatoes, and nuts
Description
A simple dish to prepare. Do not overcook the liver, otherwise it will become dry and slightly bitter. You can use any nuts for the salad—walnuts, pine nuts, almonds, cashews, etc. If you don't have balsamic vinegar, you can substitute it with lemon juice. Serve chilled.
