Salad with Parma ham
Description
Minimum effort — excellent result. You can prepare this salad in just a few minutes. All you need is to keep salad mix, ham, and Parmesan cheese (or any other hard cheese) in the refrigerator. Simply mix everything in a bowl, drizzle with your favorite dressing, and serve. Can be served immediately.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

First, fry the peanuts in a dry skillet until golden brown.
- 2
Step 2

Thoroughly wash the salad and arrange it on a plate. I prepare this salad in individual portions for my husband and me, but of course, it can also be made in a large dish to serve at the common table.

Step 3

Tear the Parmesan ham into pieces by hand and place it on the salad. This ham can be replaced with regular bacon strips.

Step 4

Cut the "Parmesan" cheese into thin squares and add to the ham and salad. For hard cheeses, you can use a vegetable peeler, which will shave off pieces of the desired thickness.

Step 5

In a separate container, mix olive oil, lemon juice, and balsamic sauce. Pour over the salad. You can add a little salt, but don't overdo it: the ham and cheese are already quite salty. Add some ground black pepper. Sprinkle the salad with peanuts and serve.
