Salad with Parmesan
Description
Minimum effort — excellent result. Parmesan stands out from other cheeses with its special piquant flavor. It can elevate a dish and add a unique touch. I was won over by the simplicity of preparing this salad. Its main highlight lies in the special marinade and, of course, the cheese. You can make this salad in just a few minutes, which is very convenient when guests are already ringing the doorbell. It's ready to serve immediately.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

1. I thoroughly wash the cabbage in water. To do this, I pour water into a bowl, submerge the cabbage, leave it for a few minutes, then rinse it under running water. I dry the cabbage with paper towels.
- 2
Step 2

2. Separate the leaves from the stems by taking each leaf in your hands and running your fingers along the stem from bottom to top, leaving only the tender leaf.
- 3
Step 3

3. I stack all the leaves together and cut them into strips with a knife, then unfold and cut the strips into large squares.
- 4
Step 4

4. Place the cabbage in a bowl, add olive oil and lemon juice, season with salt and pepper. Mix the leaves with your hands for 30 seconds.
- 5
Step 5

5. Grate Parmesan directly into the bowl using a fine grater (100 grams).
- 6
Step 6

6. Add breadcrumbs and mix the salad.

Step 7

7. When serving, I grate the remaining 25 grams of cheese into thin slices (using a sharp knife if needed) and use them to decorate the salad.
