Fern salad
Description
Minimum effort — excellent result. The eggs make the salad tender, the onion adds a sweet note, and the fern can easily replace salt. If you don't like sweet onion, you can marinate it with sugar, salt, and vinegar. This version is basic; if desired, you can add fresh cucumbers and bell peppers. Can be served immediately.
