Salad with pickled octopus
Description
Minimum effort — excellent result. Seafood salads are my absolute favorite dish across the entire culinary spectrum. I think it's hard to ruin a salad when you already have store-bought marinated baby octopuses ready to go. This recipe belongs to the quick-and-easy series and is suitable for any celebration. You can serve it right away.

Step 1

We wash the greens under water and leave them to dry. Peel the orange and remove any seeds. Grate a little zest to add a piquant flavor, and cut the flesh into medium-sized pieces. Mix the ingredients.

Step 2

Now open the olives and drain the water. Finely chop the olives together with the pepper and garlic. Put the ingredients into a dish, pour with vinegar and oil. Add salt, spices, and mustard to the mixture.

Step 3

Pour the delicious dressing over the salad leaves with orange and chili. The salad is almost ready. Just one small addition left!

Step 4

Open the package with marinated octopuses. Place the small seafood bodies into the salad, removing them from the store-bought brine, which we won't need. Mix well.
