- 2
Step 2

Break the chicken eggs into a deep container, add a pinch of salt, and beat for 1-2 minutes.
- 3
Step 3

Heat a frying pan on the stove, grease it with vegetable oil, and fry two omelets from the beaten eggs. Let them cool for 10 minutes.
- 4
Step 4

Roll each omelet into a roll and slice into strips, then place the strips into a deep container.
- 5
Step 5

Rinse the fresh cucumbers, trim the ends off the vegetables, and cut them into strips. Add to the container with the sliced eggs.
- 6
Step 6

In the same way, slice the smoked chicken meat, separating it from the bones.
- 7
Step 7

Wash the green onion scallions, chop finely, and add to the container. You can substitute green onion with pickled onion or white onion.
- 8
Step 8

Place mayonnaise of any fat content and gently mix the salad, seasoning it with salt and pepper.
- 9
Step 9

Place the salad in the refrigerator and serve it chilled, literally in 20-30 minutes.
