Sea salad with seaweed and squid
Description
Perfect for everyday meals. I'm not a big fan of seaweed, even though I've heard about its health benefits. But after trying seaweed and squid salad, I changed my mind. It turns out that until now I had only tried the wrong salads :) This one—light and slightly tangy—is right up my alley. Preparing seaweed and squid salad requires no special skills, and the cooking process takes very little time. This salad can easily serve as a light dinner. I'll explain how. Garnish as desired and serve.
Instructions

Step 1

Rinse the seaweed under cold running water and let all the water drain off. Then place it on a plate.

Step 2

Cut the cucumber into thin strips and place them on top of the cabbage.

Step 3

Next, add the carrot grated on a coarse grater and boiled squid cut into small strips to the plate. If you're using fresh-frozen squid, boil it for 2 minutes in salted boiling water, then peel off the skin.

Pour the salad with vegetable oil, add salt to taste and a little lemon juice if needed. Mix and that's it - the salad is ready.
