
Salad with salmon roe

An easy-to-prepare dish. This is a simple recipe for a salmon roe salad that will nicely diversify your menu. Hearty and uncomplicated, it's perfect for either weekday or holiday lunches and dinners. Serve chilled and see if your guests can guess the main ingredient.

Step 1

1. Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Boil the fish fillets in salted water, then cut them into cubes. Add the cubes to boiling water and cook for 15 minutes. Hard-boil the eggs, peel them, and either grate or chop into cubes. Grate the cheese finely after slightly freezing it (about 30 minutes in the freezer). Cut the bell pepper into small cubes and chop the onion finely in whatever convenient way (just make sure it's small).

2. Now place the milk, cheese, eggs, and onion into a deep salad bowl. Mix well.

3. Now add the pepper. Mix again.

4. Salt, pepper, add sour cream (you can also use mayonnaise or vegetable oil for dressing). Mix everything well and, if desired, divide into portions.
