Salad with mozzarella
Description
A simple dish to prepare. This salad is an interesting twist on canned tuna and mozzarella. You can use a variety of vegetables that you happen to have on hand. As for the dressing, it's very simple—just drizzle with olive oil and that's it. This dish falls into the quick-and-easy category, so no elaborate dressings are needed. Serve chilled.
