Salad with mussels in oil
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Like most seafood, mussels are filling and nutritious. They have their own unique flavor and aroma, so it's not worth overpowering them with mayonnaise. I prepare the salad with olive oil and the marinade in which the mussels were packed. The salad is very quick and easy to make, making it perfect for home cooking. Serve at the table.
Instructions

Step 1

1. I peel the onion and slice it thinly into half-rings. If it's very pungent, I scald it with boiling water (mine was regular). I transfer the canned peas to a bowl and add the onion.

Step 2

2. Boil the eggs for 5-7 minutes after the water starts boiling, then place them under cold water and peel. Cut the eggs into small cubes and add them to the salad.

Step 3

3. Wash and chop the Chinese cabbage, then add it to the other ingredients (you can use any other type of salad).

Step 4

4. I take out the marinated mussels and add them to the salad bowl, pouring in a couple of spoons of marinade.
