Salad with mussels and seaweed
Description
Minimum effort — excellent result. You can choose seaweed with added ingredients; feel free to pick varieties with carrots or celery. We'll boil the mussels beforehand, or you can use marinated mussels, which will also taste delicious. For the salad dressing, use vegetable oil; this is exactly where I prefer this option the most. Be sure to try making this salad—it's very tasty. You can serve it immediately.
Instructions

Step 1

Prepare the ingredients.

Place seaweed in a salad bowl.

Peel the onion, rinse and dry it. Cut the onion into small cubes and add to the cabbage. Since the cabbage is pickled, the onion will absorb some of its flavors and become milder.

Boil mussels in advance for three minutes in salted water. Cool them and add to the salad.
- 5
Step 5

Boil a chicken egg hard, peel it, cut into cubes, and add to the salad.
