
Salad with mussels and shrimp
Description
The recipe won't take much time. The mussel and shrimp salad is arranged directly onto individual plates. You can change the order of the ingredients to your taste or mix them all together in one large salad bowl. This salad is very tasty and healthy, as seafood contains plenty of vitamins and minerals essential for the human body. Moreover, it can add variety to any table. Your guests will be delighted. Serve immediately.

1. Thaw mussels and shrimp completely and rinse. If necessary, peel the shrimp (you should have 250 g of peeled shrimp).

2. Sauté the seafood in heated oil for a few minutes. Then add a little soy sauce, mix well, and turn off the heat.

3. Wash the avocado, cut off half, remove the skin, and dice the flesh into small cubes.

4. Wash the tomato as well and cut it into cubes. Remove the liquid from the tomato, as we don't need it in the salad, so it's better to choose firm, meaty tomatoes.

5. In a separate container, combine olive oil, soy sauce, and mustard; add salt if needed. You can adjust the proportions of the dressing ingredients to your taste.

6. Line the plate with washed and dried salad leaves, separated into small pieces. Place mussels and shrimp on top. Drizzle with some of the dressing.

7. Next, arrange the sliced avocado, tomato, and boiled quail eggs (cut into quarters) on a plate. Drizzle with the dressing once again. The mussel and shrimp salad is ready!
