
Salad with marinated oyster mushrooms and ham
Description
A simple dish to prepare. This ham and mushroom salad is often called "winter" salad. The reason is that it is most commonly made during this time of year, as all the ingredients are readily available in winter. It's a very popular dish at New Year's feasts. Want to find out? Serve chilled.

Wash the potatoes and place them in a pot. Cover with water and put on the stove. Boil the potatoes in their skins until fully cooked. Then cool them under cold water, peel, and cut into small cubes.

Place the eggs in a separate saucepan. Pour cold water over them, put on the stove, and bring the water to a boil. Cook the eggs for ten minutes, then cool them and peel off the shells. Cut the eggs into cubes.

Cut the ham into cubes of the same size as the eggs or potatoes. For this salad, you can use not only ham, but also boiled sausage or cooked meat.

Take a clean, wide serving plate, place the eggs and boiled potatoes in the center, spread them evenly, and season with salt. Drizzle the potatoes with mayonnaise or natural yogurt.

Place a layer of sliced ham or any other sausage on top of the potatoes.

Again, spread the layer of ham with yogurt or mayonnaise. Wash and dry the green onion feathers. Then chop them with a knife and sprinkle the salad with the onions.

Open the can of oyster mushrooms. Drain the excess liquid and evenly place the mushrooms on the salad. Refrigerate for several hours, then serve.
