Salad with lightly salted red fish
Description
A simple dish to prepare. The recipe is very easy; I suggest combining seasonal aromatic vegetables with lightly salted salmon – it turns out absolutely delicious. Add some tanginess with farmer's cheese, creating a perfect combination. For the dressing, you can choose mayonnaise, yogurt, oil with lemon juice – it will taste great either way. Serve the salad for lunch or dinner, chilled.
